[/text_output][text_output]Jay & Jay Industries was contracted by local council depts to design and install custom weed boom enclosure’s to reduce the spread of salvinia weed within the council lake whilst protecting and increasing the number of weevil to feed on the weed. This project also reduces the need and costs of harvesting salvinia weed by creating a safe habitat for the weevil to propogate. Jay & Jay Industries were required to undertake this sensitive project in full view of the public so site safety and environmental compliance was extremely important. The time frame given for these enclosures was 2 months. Jay & Jay Industries completed the project from approval to completition in under 17 days.
